The Sanctuary is intended primarily as a community of full or part-time owners. Owners are, however, permitted, pending approval by the Board of Directors, to rent their units\u00a0for a minimum of three consecutive months. The Following procedures should be followed by owners wishing to have a request to rent their units considered by the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
Additionally, all prospective renters must submit to a personal background check. Unit owner must place on deposit with the Association a security deposit for the common elements.\u00a0 Pets are not allowed by Renters.<\/p>\n
