RENTING A CONDO

The Sanctuary is intended primarily as a community of full or part-time owners. Owners are, however, permitted, pending approval by the Board of Directors, to rent their units for a minimum of three consecutive months. The Following procedures should be followed by owners wishing to have a request to rent their units considered by the Board of Directors.

Additionally, all prospective renters must submit to a personal background check. Unit owner must place on deposit with the Association a security deposit for the common elements.  Pets are not allowed by Renters.

SELL YOUR CONDO

Here is the information owners wishing to sell their unit will need to provide to their buyers.
